Andrew: two years

Andrew is two years old. He is 36lbs and 39.5"tall (99% for both). He is just about outgrown his 3T clothing and wears a size 9 shoe. He has some awesome hair that grows straight up! So we usually try to keep it short. He is wild and silly and definitely acting 2! He is curious and like to get into things. He's always scraping up his knees, getting bumps on his head, and lots of other ouchies! But he's a tough kid and doesn't cry as much as I'd expect. He is exercising his right to say "no" more often. But he loves to give hugs and kisses to his baby brother, play dress up with his big sister, and chase and tackle his big brother. He has moved into Emery and Lucy's room, so he doesn't get to sleep quite as well as he used to. It takes about an hour for everyone to settle down. He still has 1 nap in the afternoon and sleeps around 11-12 hours at night. He loves candy and treats and milk. He likes to swing, slide, run, and jump. He's starting to say more and more words and put a few together. For example he'll say "daddy" "home". Or "Neee" (Barney) "House". It's fun to see him pick up new words each day! He doesn't like holding hand in the parking lot but we are trying!! He really wants to ride the tricycle but hasn't quite figured it out yet. But he's close! I'm sure he'll have it soon. We love our Andy boy!
